ORIE MELVIN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Brian Bell, appeals from the order of the trial court denying him in forma pauperis status and dismissing his complaint. After review, we agree with the disposition by the trial court and, therefore, affirm.

¶ 2 In June 2003, Appellant filed a complaint in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas against Mayview State Hospital, the Alegheny County Behavior Clinic, and various psychiatrists connected with those entities.
