Petitioner seeks judicial review of a final order canceling his driving privileges under ORS 809.310(2)(a). We affirm.

A police officer saw petitioner standing by a car. After he was asked for proof of his age, he produced a facially valid Oregon driver’s license.1 The officer asked him for further identification. When he did not comply immediately, the officer told him that, if he did not produce his wallet, he would be arrested. He then produced a wallet that contained evidence that the license was invalid.
