Introduction
Pending before this Court is Plaintiff Bettcher Industries, Inc.’s (“Bettcher”) Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 36). The Motion has been fully briefed (Doc. Nos. 36, 74, 81, & 109). An evidentiary hearing was held (Doc. Nos. 95 & 110) and post-hearing briefs filed (Doc. Nos. 121 & 122).
