Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ May 19, 2026 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A26A1870. CLEAVON YOUNG v. THE STATE. In 2009, Cleavon Young was indicted for child molestation and statutory rape. In 2013, the State nolle prossed the charges and reindicted Young for rape, statutory rape, and child molestation. The case proceeded to trial, and Young was convicted on all counts. We affirmed his convictions on appeal in an unpublished opinion. Young v. State, Case No. A17A0805 (Aug. 17, 2017).
