This is an action of tort to recover damages for personal injuries received by the plaintiff while a passenger on a motor bus of the defendant. The declaration alleges negligent operation of the bus by its agent or employee. The jury found for the plaintiff and the case comes to this court upon the defendant’s exception to the refusal of the judge to direct a verdict in its favor.
