The plaintiff, Terminal Freezers, Inc., commenced this action in the circuit court of Rock Island County against the defendant, Roberts Frozen Foods, Inc., to recover approximately *2,500 for storage and freezing services provided the defendant. The defendant answered the complaint and filed a counterclaim which alleged that the parties had entered into a contract which provided specific rates for the storage and freezing services and plaintiff had violated the terms and rates set out in the contract.
