*875Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 20, 2013, which, among other things, charged claimant with a recoverable overpayment of emergency unemployment compensation benefits.

Claimant resigned from her position as a medical case manager in 2010 and obtained unemployment insurance benefits upon her representation that she had lost her job due to lack of work.
