Appellee instituted suit against appellant in the trial court to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on the premises of appellant, October 18, 1934; appellee complaining that such injuries resulted by reason of the condition of some concrete steps located on the north side of a loading wharf and leading from the street level to the wharf floor of said building.
