DAWKINS, District Judge.
Plaintiff’s original petition, alleged upon a contract consisting of a proposal contained in a letter, which was accepted in writing, providing for the delivery of certain quantities of oil per month during the term, which it appeared conceded, will not expire until 1945. The bill charges that defendant was about to sell or transfer the leases upon lands from which the oil was to be produced and delivered, without making proper provision to carry out the terms of this contract.
