MEMORANDUM

HERMAN, District Judge.

On October 30, 1978, the Plaintiff in the above-captioned case, Elsie Romaine Miller, filed a motion to quash a subpoena or in the alternative for a protective order pursuant to Rule 45(b) and Rule 26(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The subpoena in question is a subpoena duces tecum issued to Joseph G. Saxon, M.D. at the request of the Defendants and involves psychiatric records.
