BUTTRAM, District Judge.

In. the above-styled action, the United States (“Government”) seeks an order of civil forfeiture in rem, pursuant to .18 U.S.C.' § 981(a)(1)(A), against certain real property located in Anniston, Alabama, known as the “Platinum Club”; currency on deposit in a number of specified bank accounts; and a limousine. Only the subject real property is presently at issue.
