This action was brought in the Superior Court of New York to recover the sum of $32’,321.24, being an amount standing to the credit of Aaron Cohen, as a dealer on the books of the defendants’ bank in ¡New York. Cohen died at the city of ¡New Haven in Connecticut, on the 27th day of July, 1862. He left a last will and testament, executed in ¡New York, on the 11th June, 1861, which was duly attested by two witnesses, by which he appointed David ¡McCoard and Cohen M. Soria of ¡New Orleans, executors. The will was proved and admitted to record in the Probate Court of the District of ¡New Haven,…
