The trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of appellees and severed the claims adjudicated in the summary judgment proceeding into a separate cause. In nine issues, appellants contend the trial judge erred in granting the summary judgment. The issue presented is whether appellee DP Partners Limited Partnership is obligated to appellants under a Modification Agreement dated September 11, 1993, and signed by each of its partners.
