Jerry L. Johnson, Sr. was charged with the offenses of aggravated stalking, criminal attempt to commit burglary, and two counts of obstruction of an officer. The case was heard by a jury. Following deliberations, the jury returned a verdict of guilty on all counts. Thereafter, the trial court entered a consent order directing a verdict of acquittal as to the offense of criminal attempt to commit burglary (Count 2).
