This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ Motion to Require Defendant’s Production of Materials Removed and/or Omitted from the Administrative Record (Docket # 54). Defendant has responded (Docket # 55). Plaintiffs have replied (Docket # 56). This matter is now ripe for adjudication. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs’ motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
