Plaintiff Kevin Leon Duchesne (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Leon”), invoking the Court’s federal question jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331, brings claims against defendant Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Inc. (hereinafter “Defendant” or “BPPR”) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., for gender discrimination and retaliation.
