In this workmen’s compensation case the claimant had been previously adjudicated by the *514board to be 60 percent permanently partially disabled as the result of an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with the defendant employer here, involved, and the board directed in the prior award that the claimant be paid compensation at the rate of $19.93 per week, commencing on October 17, 1958, and continuing for a period not to exceed 350 weeks from the date of the accidental injury which was shown by the records of the board to have been on…
