BESOSA, District Judge.
Plaintiff Alberto San, Inc., filed this complaint alleging that the defendants infringed on his constitutional rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The defendants are the Condominio San Alberto’s Board of Owners and some of the condominium’s owners.
