DECISION ON OBJECTIONS TO DISCHARGE

HOWARD SCHWARTZBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.

The United Fidelity & Casualty Company (“USF&G”), a $500,000 judgment creditor, and the trustee in bankruptcy of this estate, have joined in objecting to the granting of a discharge in bankruptcy to Joseph L. DeLancey, the debtor in this Chapter 7 case. The first count in both complaints alleges that the debtor’s discharge should be denied pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code because the debtor failed to keep or preserve any recorded information from which his financial condition or business…
