This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident in Lebanon, New Hampshire, on January 29, 1968. There was a trial by the court, and a verdict was returned for the plaintiff for $8,000. After the verdict the defendant seasonably excepted to the denial of his motions for a nonsuit and to set aside the verdict. Reserved and transferred by Perkins, J-
