Following the May 28, 2010 approval and issuance of the jointly submitted final pretrial order (“FPTO”) in this action, each side has deluged this Court with a host of motions in limine. With defense counsel now having tendered their inadvertently omitted responses to Motions 5 and 6 advanced by plaintiff Larry Scott (“Scott”), Scott’s entire set of 15 motions (plus a few subparts) is ready for consideration.
