Defendant, Betty Jo A Kreger, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), third offense, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98 D She filed a motion to quash, arguirfg that the transcripts of the Boykin examinations in the predicate guilty pleas do not reflect that defendant specifically answered questions regarding the waiver of her rights. The trial court denied the motion to quash. Subsequently, defendant pled guilty, reserving her right to appeal pre-plea errors, pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).
