Robbie Broussard appeals from the judgment denying her petition for a writ of mandamus to direct respondents to reinstate her, with back pay, to her position in . the Personnel Department of the University of California, San Francisco (University). She contends that the University’s procedures, regulating the dismissal of nonprobationary employees violate both federal and state constitutional guarantees of due process.
