This is an appeal from a final decree of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia dismissing the complaint of the appellant (Mrs. Catherine Ruppert) in which she sought a limited divorce, separate maintenance,; and an injunction restraining the appellee from prosecuting a divorce proceeding in Florida.
