OPINION
Justice NEWMAN.
Harvey Miguel Robinson (Appellant) brings this direct appeal*1741 from the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) that sentenced him to death following his conviction for first-degree murder. After reviewing the record and the claims raised by Appellant, we affirm.
