Timothy Bernard Wilks appeals from judgments of conviction, both entered December 14, 1982, wherein he pled guilty to attempted robbery and attempted burglary, contrary to secs. 943.32(1) (a) and 939.32, and secs. 943.10(1) (a) and 939.32, Stats., respectively.
