During the liquidation of JKJ Chevrolet, Incorporated (JKJ) pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, see 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 701-728 (West 1993), Reynolds & Reynolds Company (Reynolds) sought to recover from JKJ’s principal secured creditor, Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford Credit), the cost of goods and services provided to JKJ by Reynolds.
