INTRODUCTION

Carlos Reginaldo Delarosarauda appeals from a judgment and sentence, following his convictions. for corporal injury to a cohabitant, assault, and misdemeanor vandalism. He contends his convictions should be reversed, as (1) the trial court committed misconduct during voir dire; (2) the court admitted testimonial hearsay in violation of his right to confront the witness under the Sixth Amendment of the federal Constitution; and (3) there was insufficient evidence to support the vandalism conviction.
