The appellant, Kenneth M. Henderson, appeals from the circuit court's denial in May 2003 and July 2003 of his petitions1 for postconviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P. The record tends to show the following: Henderson pleaded guilty on April 18, 2001, to two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana. The court sentenced him to "reverse split" sentences of 10 years' imprisonment for each conviction and ordered that the sentences were to run concurrently.
