HEEN, J.

Plaintiff-Appellant Allen Wong (Wong) appeals from the summary judgment entered below in favor of Defendants-Appellees Victor Pañis, Jr. (Victor), and Sylvia Pañis (collectively the Panises), and their attorney, Francis M. Nakamoto (Nakamoto) (where ap propriate the Panises and Nakamoto will be referred to collectively as Defendants). We affirm.
