This is an appeal from the action of the trial court in sustaining a demurrer to the petition.
Plaintiff is and was a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of Missouri, and engaged in banking business at Corning, Holt county, Missouri. • Defendant Consolidated School District No. 6 was located in Atchison cotmty, Missouri, and the remaining defendants, twenty-nine in all, were resident taxpayers of said dis- ■triet and patrons of said consolidated school district.
