These cases are appeals from the workmen’s compensation appeal board and involve the construction of CL 1948, § 417.9, as amended by PA 1962, No 189 (Stat Ann 1963 Cum Supp § 17.228) providing in part for apportionment of liability between employers in occupational disease disability awards.
