This case requires us to again consider stice. court has jurisdiction to consider and rule on a complaint that raises questions concerning the unauthorized practice of law. We have decided this issue in the case of American Abstract & Title Co. v. Rice, 358 Ark. 1, 186 S.W.3d 705 (June 17, 2004), also handed down today, and hold that the trial court in this case committed reversible error when it concluded that it did not have subject-matter jurisdiction to hear the issues raised in this class-action complaint.
