delivered the opinion of the court.
Appellant procured a divorce on June 25, 1921, for the fault of appellee and was awarded the custody of their son who was then four years old, but appellee was allowed to visit him at reasonable times and to have Mm at reasonable times during school vacations. Appellee filed a petition in September, 1922, in which he averred that he had been demed the right to see the cMld and prayed for a citation requiring appellant to appear and show cause why she should not be punished for contempt of court.
