The Workers’ Compensation Rules Committee of The Florida Bar has petitioned this Court to approve amendments to the Florida Workers’ Compensation Rules of Procedure. Attached to the report of proposed rule changes is a minority report urging the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar not to recommend the proposed amendment to rule 11.1 The Board voted unanimously to approve all of the proposed rule changes with the exception of those…
