|2Beverly Armand appeals a judgment sustaining a dilatory exception raising the objection of prematurity in favor of Lady of the Sea General Hospital and dismissing her suit without prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.

BACKGROUND

On February 26, 2010, Ms. Armand filed a petition against Lady of the Sea General Hospital (the hospital), alleging that she was injured on March 2, 2009, when she fell while exiting a whirlpool as part of her inpatient treatment at the hospital.
