Before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion to Quash Subpoena of Kevin Fiur and for a Protective Order, filed May 22, 2009 (Clerk’s Dkt. # 1) and Response in Opposition to Motion to Quash Subpoena of Kevin Fiur and for a Protective Order, filed June 5, 2009 (Clerk’s Dkt. # 7).
