— On June 26, 1893, the appellants, George W. Miles, Walter F. Harris, Emily Harris, Eliza Senechal, Harriet Etter and W. S. Swilley, as plaintiffs, brought a suit of trespass to try title in the District Court of Liberty County against the appellee Francis E. Dana and the Singer Manufacturing Company as defendants, for the recovery of one-third of a league of land situated in Liberty County, Texas, a part of the league originally granted to William Swail.
