This is a civil action instituted by a complaint filed by the United States under Section 4 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7, 15 note, against the defendants, The Lorain Journal Company, an Ohio corporation which publishes the Journal and Times-Herald (hereinafter the “Journal”), Samuel A. Horvitz, Vice President, Secretary, and a director of the corporation, Isadore Horvitz, President, Treasurer, and a director of the corporation, D. P.
