After a bench trial, Marcus Franklin was convicted of prowling. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. Because the evidence was sufficient, we affirm his conviction.
Viewed in a light most favorable to the verdict, 2 the evidence shows that at about 1:43 a.m., Franklin was riding as a passenger in a car driven by Clinton Keyton.
