EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
Five former or current nontenured members of the instructional staffs at various Colleges of the City University of New York (“CUNY”) and their certified bargaining agent, Professional Staff Congress/CUNY (“PSC”), commenced this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1343 to obtain injunctive relief, damages, costs and attorney’s fees for alleged violations of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985.
