In this case a bill was filed in the high court of Chancery of this State, by John Gregg Co., alleging themselves to be creditors of Mordecai J. Allen, against his devisees and administrators de bonis non, for a sale of certain real estate, on the ground that his personal estate was insufficient for the payment of his debts.
