This is a suit in equity to foreclose a mortgage or deed of trust executed July 1, 1890, by the Gold Hill Mining Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of West Virginia, in favor of G. Livingston Morse, as trustee, to secure the payment of certain bonds issued by the corporation upon certain mining property situate in Nevada county, Cal.
