MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTACHMENT AND TRUSTEE PROCESS

Plaintiff Robert D. Spickler seeks to institute trustee process against, and to attach the property of, Defendant Roger P. Dube. The circumstances under which this Court may grant an attachment are governed by the law of the state in which the district court sits. Fed.R.Civ.P. 64. Diane Holly Corporation v.
