OPINION OF THE COURT UPON FURTHER REVIEW

SOYBEL, Judge:

This ease comes to us on further review after a rehearing on sentencing. The appellant was represented by detailed military appellate defense counsel during the initial appellate process, but subsequent to the sentencing rehearing waived his right to further representation by appellate defense counsel.
