In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the *1009plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (McGuirk, J.), dated January 24, 2008, which denied her motion to strike the answer of the defendant Good Samaritan Hospital, and granted the separate cross motions of the defendants for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated May 28, 2008, which, upon the order, is in favor of the defendants and against her dismissing the complaint.
