{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Robert Mieczkowski appeals from his conviction entered in Jefferson County Common Pleas Court for Having an Unlawful Interest in a Public Contract in violation of R.C. 2921.42(A)(1). Multiple issues are raised in this appeal. Appellant contends R.C. 2921.42 is unconstitutionally void for vagueness.
