OPINION

TARNOW, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Thurston Strong, appeals an order denying him summary judgment and granting summary judgment to the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) on his claim for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq. Appellant asserts that the Commissioner’s decision to deny benefits was not supported by substantial evidence, but was instead based on incomplete and prejudicial considerations.
