HAGEL, Judge:
John T. Bang appeals through counsel a January 11, 2012, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied his motion to revise a final January 1973 VA regional office decision on the basis of clear and unmistakable error. The 1973 decision granted a 10% disability rating for schizophrenia. Mr. King’s Notice of Appeal was timely, and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 7252(a).
