The plaintiff and defendant in this action were copartners, doing business under the firm name of “The Excelsior Quilting Company. L. Schultz & Co., Proprietors;” and this action was brought for the dissolution of such copartnership, and to require the defendant to render an account of all money received by him in said business, and to pay to the plaintiff his share thereof, and also for the disposition of certain personal and real estate.
